Powers/Responsibilities. As a board: undivided managerial responsibility for the day-to-day affairs of the association and future-related policies.

As coordinator: derived responsibility.
Work plan in consultation with portfolio concerned board member.

Place function within the organization The board is accountable to the Council of Members.

The Council of Members has an oversight and monitoring role.

Time investment Approx. 3.00 hours per week
Fees No vac.

KM reimbursement: € 0.19/km

Required training Not explicitly applicable.
Experience Highly desirable by position: especially in volunteer organizations.
Competencies Welsh enthusiast, can enthuse, communication strong, have and maintain overview, think and respond to main issues with an eye for detail, delegate, association person.

Director - events  
Description Organization of events in the broadest sense of the word. Promotion of the Welsh pony in the broadest sense of the word.

 

 

 

Coordinator  
Description Management of-and derived responsibility for-a field of work.

Field of work chosen based on affinity and/or specific expertise.

Point of contact for board, other sections and members.

Responsible for the practical realization of actions and activities concerning its own field of work.

- selection committee conducts interviews with candidates

 

- selection committee makes nomination nomination for board vacancies

 

- member council appoints trust committee from among its members

 

- selection committee submits appointment proposal to committee on confidence for forwarding to Council of Members

 

- the Council of Members decides on the proposal for appointment 

 

 

 

Appointment proposals regarding coordinators are submitted to board by selection committee.
