Legal Proceedings Against the NWPCS

Last week, the NWPCS received two summonses from members of the Northern Chapter who were involved in the breach of integrity during a closed-door meeting of the Members’ Council in November of last year.

One of the members disagrees with the suspension from serving on the jury, claims to have suffered damages as a result, and is seeking, among other things, to have the suspension lifted.

Two other members are also demanding that their suspensions be retroactively lifted and are calling, among other things, for all decisions made by the Members' Council since November 2020 to be declared invalid.

The reappointed Executive Board and the Members' Council of the NWPCS are confident about the outcome of this legal process.
