Import notification

An import notification can easily be filed with the NWPCS. This notification must be registered with the RVO within 30 days of import. The applicant submits the foreign passport or digital copies, along with the available import data, to their own studbook or to the NWPCS. The NWPCS verifies the passport in accordance with legal requirements and submits the mandatory import notification to the RVO’s I&R database.
