Any comments bylaws/regulations by June 1

During the past departmental meetings, the main board has already discussed in detail the procedure surrounding the new statutes and regulations. Members can request the drafts of these at the studbook office (secretariaat@nwpcs.nl). If there are any members with comments or remarks, they can be reported to one of the membership council members by June 1.

The Members' Council members then compile the comments towards the Central Board. The main board responds to the comments made in a memorandum and sends this memorandum along with a final draft of the bylaws and regulations to the Council of Members.

It is intended that this final draft will be discussed at a subsequent meeting of the Council of Members. Once approved by the Council of Members, the new statutes and regulations will be filed with the notary.
