Message from the main board regarding Central Stallion Show 2023

We look back on a great Welsh pony festival and want to thank everyone who contributed to it! Without our breeders, entrants, visitors and countless volunteers in front and behind the scenes, putting on an event of this magnitude would be impossible.

We have already received many positive comments and we were able to add a nice group of young stallions to our stallion database. The older stallions also showed great and there were beautiful champions in the lane.

However, there are always things that can be different and better and we will evaluate them extensively. For example, the start on hard ground was very well received by both jury corps and participants. Unfortunately, there was a bit little space for interested parties to look at the alley and this will be adjusted for 2024.

As the main board, we are very disappointed in the service provided by the National Equestrian Center. Among other things, the hygiene in the toilets and catering were far below standard. An event like ours deserves much more than the services now provided.

It remains for us to warmly congratulate everyone with an approved, designated, definitively entered or placed older stallion on their achievement!
