Post examination: Islyn Ffrwydryn definitively approved

The eight-year-old Section A voshengt Islyn Ffrwydryn (by Blackhill Picalo)was entered as a Studbook stallion last year and was due to appear at this year's inspection for his final approval. However, at the time of the stallion approval in February he was not fit enough to travel to Ermelo. So he was presented Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the follow-up inspection in Putten, resulting in a first premium and thus a final approval.

Islyn Ffrwrydryn is owned by Jan Heinhuis of SDMV stud in Almelo. Last breeding season the stallion has been at stud at Hengstenhouderij HR Krol in Zandhuizen where they are looking forward to his first foals. The chestnut stallion is now going back to his owner and will only be used for his own mares this year.
