Election ‘Stallion with the best Trot’ this year via Poll

The ‘Stallion with the Best Trot’ competition has been one of the most memorable parts of the Central Welsh Stallion Inspection for many years. Three three-year-old NWR stallions trot around to loud cheers, with announcer Bert de Ruiter further whipping up the crowd. A decibel meter is then used to determine which stallion receives the loudest applause, and that stallion is crowned ‘Stallion with the Best Trot.’.

Unfortunately, this part of the event could not take place last year due to the absence of an audience. This year, board members have found a way to still announce a fan favorite. This time, the decibel meter won’t be used; instead, you can vote via a poll on the website (nwpcs.nl) Let us know who your favorite is.

How does it work?

Following the selection of three-year-old NWR stallions for the performance test, on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at approximately 9:45 a.m., the jury will announce the three stallions that will compete for the title ‘Stallion with the Best Trot 2022‘. These three stallions will then be posted in a poll on the website as soon as possible. Voting will then be open for three hours (one vote per IP address). Before the end of the stallion inspection, the name of the ‘Stallion with the Best Trot 2022‘announced on the" Livestream and then on the website as well.
