Butleigh Talisman

Following the departure earlier this year of the Section B stallion Samorens Masterclass Heads to Chile This is now the second Welsh B stallion from the Ysselvliedt stable in Wezep to have left for South America. This time, it is the Welsh Section B stallion Butleigh Talisman. He has left for Argentina.

The three-year-old son of Mynach Sea Scout out of the mare Stoak Tricia was purchased as a foal by Ysselvliedt Stables from his breeder, Oliver Haran Jones, and raised there. This spring, he made his debut at the stallion inspection in the Rhineland, Germany, and was approved with an excellent inspection report.

Over the past few years, this handsome stallion has covered 19 mares at Ysselvliedt and will now continue his career in Argentina as a breeding stallion. With his new owners, Laureano Oliver and Jorge Mastroizzi of the Cabaña La Augusta stud in Argentina, the stallion will be used for breeding and, of course, in the show ring to further raise the profile of the beautiful Welsh pony breed. .
