End Throw Pretty Cool
Last weekend, two Welsh stallions from the Ysselvliedt stable were approved in Class I by the Rhenish Pony and Horse Studbook in Wickrath.
End Throw Pretty Cool
First to be approved was the 3-year-old Welsh Section A stallion Eindegoois Pretty Cool, who was awarded a 9 for breed type and his movements.
Pretty Cool was born to co-owners Jacco van de Bunt and Danielle Hooiveld out of the multiple champion mare Eindegoois Pryd. Pretty Cool is from the first crop of Ysselvliedt’s New Jersey.
Butleigh Talisman

The three-year-old Butleigh Talisman, bred in Great Britain, also impressed the judges. The judges appreciated his beautiful conformation, presence, and strong hind leg action. The Mynach Sea Scout son also impressed during the free jumping, demonstrating great technique and a strong drive.
Talisman is co-owned with Joost Maerman; the judging process in Germany is quite different. The stallions are first shown freely in the ring, then on the hard surface, and finally led back into the arena. Both stallions were also named the best representatives of the Welsh pony breed. The stallion Butleigh Talisman is available for breeding this year at Ysselvliedt Stables in Wezep.
