Wanted: Member Council member south department

We are looking for an involved, enthusiastic and inspired member council member who has a warm heart for department South and the Dutch Welsh Pony and Cob studbook and its members. As a member of the members council you are the ears and eyes of department South and you also speak on behalf of this group of members in the council. The members council is an important body within our association and forms the link between the members and the main board.

The Council of Members is the general assembly of the NWPCS. The main task of the Council of Members of NWPCS is to determine the policy and to check whether this policy is carried out. The board is accountable to the Council of Members for the policy and the management conducted.

Candidates may apply until April 5, 2021 to the South Department Secretary, Mrs. Kitty Jonkers. From any candidates who present themselves, a candidate will be selected by the department board, to be presented to the members of department South at the department meeting on Friday, April 23. Of course, opposing candidates may also be submitted; they must be notified in advance to the South Division Board. A date for this will be indicated in the invitation to the department meeting. In connection with the current Corona measures, the members of the department will be asked to give digital assent. If several candidates make themselves available a vote will take place.
