New board members and chairman of North division

At the recent members’ meeting of the NWPCS North Chapter, the chapter bid farewell to Gert Wensvoort (chair) and Gerard Bies (board member). Due to the COVID-19 restrictions in effect at the time, the spring meeting could not take place, so we bid farewell to both gentlemen during the fall meeting with the appropriate expressions of gratitude. We would like to thank both Gerard and Gert for their dedication over the past few years, and we are, of course, grateful for the continued volunteer support they have pledged to provide to our studbook.

As the board, we are very pleased that we were able to fill both available positions; Josien de Boer and Arjen Holties were unanimously elected to the board by the meeting.

Richard Dekkers will take over as chair, and this election was also unanimously supported by the assembly.

The board will be meeting soon to divide up the tasks and roles among ourselves. We will also all be introducing ourselves to you in more detail soon and presenting our plans for 2021.

Due to Richard Dekkers’ resignation as a member of the Members’ Council, a vacancy arose on the council. This position will be filled by Marcel Breebaart. We will also ask Marcel to introduce himself to you.
