Introducing: Online Foal Champion of July 2020

In a few days, there will be the opportunity to vote for your favorite for the 2020 Online Foal Champion election. The candidates are the Online Foal Champions from the months of April through August. We will introduce the monthly champions to you one by one. This time it's the turn of Windhoek's Ravelli, July's favorite.

Participants were asked to submit three photos of the monthly champion. One of the foal standing, one of the foal in motion and one photo of the foal's head.

During this month, it will be possible for everyone to vote for your favorite for the title through a poll on this website. In addition, NWPCS members may submit their placement of the first three by email. In addition, NWPCS judge Davy Wormgoor will place and comment on the foals.

Windhoek's Ravelli

NWPCS Online Foal Champion of July 2020

Owner Rowan de Bont says, “Windhoek's Ravelli is a cremello filly by the falcon stallion Kastanjehof Chip (by Cui Pendragon) and out of the palomino mare Centannial Lady Victoria (by Friars Superman).”

“Kastanjehof Chip is a 2nd viewing stallion that I have a lot of confidence in because of his proven bloodline on his sire's side and of course his dam (Bwlchygwynt Caryl) who is keur elite.”

“Centannial Lady Victoria is a mare imported from England which won her class at the Norse show as a 2-year-old. Here in the Netherlands she was shown for one year and managed to get the star predicate.”

“I purchased Ravelli as a novice breeder because of her quality, color and character and I hope to have a lot of fun with her in the show ring in the future.”
