Register your foal digitally via ‘myWelsh’

Like every year, every breeder eagerly awaits the arrival of a healthy foal and we as a studbook hope to be able to enter many of these foals again! The foals can be registered digitally as much as possible via my Welsh

Stallion owners have entered coverings digitally for the first time in 2018. Therefore, they no longer need to issue mare owners with a mating certificate/birth notification. However, they can provide this at the mare owner's request.

Registering your foal through my Welsh will give you an advantage in registration fees. You will then pay an amount of € 45.00 according to the fee list instead of € 58.50 when not registering via the digital way.

Login

To log in to ‘my Welsh follow this link. Then log in with your member number and password. If you have not received a password please take contact on with the studbook office. This can be done by email at secretariaat@nwpcs.nl or on weekdays by phone at 06-82459273 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Naming

At the NWPCS, you are free to choose the name of the foal. There are no obligatory initials. You may not use anyone else's stable name as this is the calling card of breeders. It is also not allowed to use a non-registered stable name.
