Research has shown that the problems with the delivery of Issue 4 of Welsh Pony & Cob Magazine were caused by a network change at the company Sandd. This resulted in many misroutings, and it took a very long time for the mail to reach the correct neighborhoods—and ultimately, the correct addresses.
Sandd has promised to do everything in its power to prevent these kinds of problems.
