I & R – Change

If you wish to report a change—such as a change in color, microchip, or correction to identification details—please fill out the form below and submit it to the NWPCS. Please submit the relevant change along with supporting documentation. The NWPCS will review the submission, perform the necessary checks, and update the I&R database accordingly.

Report the Death of a Pony

If your animal has died, you must report it to the RVO yourself. You must also report it to the NWPCS.

Overwrite Pony

Once the pony is registered with the NWPCS, this can be done easily through MijnWelsh. Here, you can ‘report the animal as sold,’ and the new owner can transfer the registration to their name—provided they are a member of the NWPCS. If the new owner is not a member of the NWPCS, the registration certificate—filled out with the new owner’s information—must be sent to the NWPCS. Once received, the animal will be manually transferred to the new owner’s name. In both cases, a new registration certificate will then be issued, and a passport sticker will be sent.
