Authorization

With this authorization you give permission to the Dutch Welsh Pony & Cob Studbook (NWPCS) to debit the annual membership fee automatically from your bank account. This saves us and you time and ensures that payments are always on time and secure.

By providing this authorization:

• Authorize the NWPCS to automatically collect dues and other invoices annually.
• Authorize your bank to make this debit.
• You can revoke the authorization at any time by notifying us in writing or by e-mail.

By signing/submitting this form, you authorize the NWPCS to continuously send direct debit orders to your bank and your bank to continuously debit amounts from your account in accordance with the NWPCS's instructions.

If you disagree with a debit, you can have it reversed. Contact your bank within eight weeks after the debit. Ask your bank for the conditions.

By using this form, we can convert more members to direct debit in a user-friendly way. This saves administrative work and reduces chances of late payments.
