Breaking News: Standard and I&R passports can now be applied for online!

Effective immediately, standard horse passports (without pedigree) can be applied for entirely online. This marks another important step in the ongoing digitization of our services for horse owners, breeders, and keepers.

NWPCS has been an officially designated authority (DA) since July 1

As of July 1, 2026, the NWPCS will officially be one of the Authorized Agencies (AAs) designated by the ministry in the Netherlands. This means that the NWPCS is authorized to, among other things, issue standard passports, register identification data in the RVO database, and perform various identification and registration (I&R) services. Of the many former passport-issuing agencies, only five organizations remain designated as AAs, including the NWPCS.
