Predicates: don't forget to apply for them!

After the judging season it is time to take stock! Perhaps some of your offspring were promoted last year and one of your ponies now deserves a predicate? But the predicate can also be achieved in the sport. At the end of the summer season we will take stock.

At the departmental meetings, the departments always highlight the predicate ponies. Starting in November, the first meetings are again. Would you like your pony to be put in the spotlight there? Then make sure you apply for your predicate in time. Below is the explanation of the predicates.

PREFERENT

A mare can be awarded the predicate preferent once at least 12 points have been obtained - by at least three of her offspring. At least two of these offspring must have earned their points at least three years of age. This predicate can be awarded posthumously.

ELITE

A mare can be awarded the predicate elite once at least 24 points have been obtained - by at least six of her offspring. At least four of these offspring must have obtained their points at least three years of age. This predicate can be awarded posthumously.

How do I know how many points my mare already has?

The document below shows how many points your mare's offspring are worth.
