Two Dutch championships in one year. While Sophie Sassen ended the indoor season as Dutch Champion in the DE M1 class with Amalia’s Pieter, who is only 6 years old, they have now become outdoor champions in the DE Z1 class.
They finished the first round with a solid third-place finish, only to step it up a notch in the second round and win it! And they did it in the pouring rain.
Sophie is taking lessons from Niels Bax and is now happily continuing her training for the Z2 level.
It is impossible for the editorial staff to keep track of all the achievements of Welsh ponies. That’s why we’d appreciate it if you could share them with us. You can do so via WhatsApp (06-41641716) or by email to: webredactie.nwpcs@gmail.com
