Council of Members approves new rule regarding white judging outfit

The NWPCS Council of Members approved a new rule in the judging regulations regarding the white judging outfit.

When a nursing mare is presented at the judging, the person holding the foal does not necessarily have to wear a white judging outfit. So only the handler and the booster need to be dressed in white.
