No audience at the preliminary hearing on October 8

Earlier this week, Prime Minister Rutte and Minister De Jonge announced new measures that will remain in effect for at least three weeks. This will affect the performance test, the second evaluation day of which will be held on October 8 at the riding school in Putten.

The performance review may proceed. However, no audience is permitted; only the necessary support staff may be present.

Specifically, this means that a maximum of 3 people are allowed per stallion (the owner, the rider, and 1 accompanying person).
