Breeding program approved by RFO

As of September 30, 2019, the NWPCS as a recognized studbook has received the approval of the RFO on the breeding programs of all sections for which this was requested. This means that the studbook recognition of the NWPCS for the section A, B, C, D, NWR and the WPBR remains in force.

Since November 1, 2018, there is a new European Breeding Regulation. In order to continue to meet the accreditation requirements, we had to change a number of things within our organization and submit a comprehensive breeding program to RFO.

This breeding program had to be approved for the Welsh pony and Cobs for which the NWPCS maintains the studbook. Approval of the breeding program is part of the studbook approval and it remains in effect with this.
