Silver for Chris in the Bokkesprong at the KNHS Show Jumping Championships

At the KNHS Indoor Championships for ponies on March 0–22 and 23, 2019, in Ermelo, several Welsh ponies took home prizes. Jens Heesakkers, riding Bokkesprong Chris (by Den Bramel’s Baye), took home the reserve championship in the L-C class.

Jens and Chris finished second with a clear first round and a fast, clear jump-off, behind Ava Eden van Grunsven, who was just under a second faster in the jump-off.

Bokkesprong Chris is a sixteen-year-old palomino Welsh B-chestnut. He was bred from the keur mare Bokkesprong Carousel (Woldberg’s Bart x Tetworth Massine).

Bronze

In the L-AB class, Lynn Van Lierop took bronze with the bay Section A Star and Sport mare Meladelle’s Bona Dea (Frairs Superman x Bolster Goldleaf)
