Proposal to change predicate system NWPCS

Dear Members NWPCS,

Herewith the proposal for the predicates NWPCS, as made by the breeding technical committee and presented to the main board.

This proposal was recently presented at all departmental meetings and provided with the necessary input by the members present which was then further developed into the proposal as you can read.

At the upcoming December 3 membership council meeting, this proposal will be presented to the membership for decision.
