On Thursday, March 22, the NWPCS Members’ Council, in consultation with the Executive Board, decided in a closed-door meeting to no longer utilize Henri Leeuwenhaag’s services as an officer, effective immediately. This decision was prompted by a difference of opinion regarding the interpretation of the roles involved. On March 28, the Executive Board explained the reasons for this decision to Mr. Leeuwenhaag in a personal meeting.
